Gina Altagracia Mambrú Casilla (born January 21, 1986 in Santo Domingo) is a female volleyball player from the Dominican Republic, who played the 2012 Olympic Games and the 2014 World Championship ranking fifth in both competitions. She won the gold medal at the 2010 and 2014 Central American and Caribbean Games and bronze at the 2015 Pan American Games.
==Early life==
Altagracia used to be a ballet dancer before becoming a volleyball player for Los Cachorros club.
